My name is Rab Adam, Hi, and this is my online Portfolio..

I’m a multimedia content creator with a professional background in broadcast radio, digital media, social content, sales, management and audience engagement.

I am lucky enough to be able to work in a lot of creativity into my current role. Whether it is filming charity beneficiaries stories, making graphics for socials, putting together a wee Tiktok or making longer form content, then I can help. Everyone can create content right? Well yes, and everything is content really. But not everything is engaging content, and quality is key. The audio is as important as the visuals in my opinion. I wouldn’t say I have a unique skillset, although AI did, instead I would say it is a broad range of experience, coupled with a decent knowledge of where places are in the Highlands and Moray, mainly because I’ve visited most of them.

My experience combines creative production with over 20 years of commercial and customer-facing expertise, giving me a unique understanding of both storytelling and the audiences businesses want to reach. Having produced content for Bauer Media, managed social media campaigns, written scripts, edited audio and video, interviewed contributors and delivered live broadcasting, I enjoy turning ideas into engaging content that captures attention and delivers results.

Alongside my creative work, my commercial leadership experience has strengthened my project management, communication and collaborative working skills, allowing me to confidently manage productions, campaigns and stakeholder relationships from concept through to delivery.

I’m passionate about creating authentic, quality, engaging content that informs, entertains and builds meaningful connections with audiences.

But enough of that, the important stuff now, I grew up Ardross but before it became famous for it’s castle. I still live in the North of Scotland, have a partner, two almost grown up sons, an almost grown up step daughter, and one day I plan to grow up myself, maybe. We also have a beautiful weird Labrador called Ruby.
